DWP Interview Letters

We have noticed that the standard letter that the DWP sends out demanding people to attend a fraud interview is now being sent ‘jointly’ with the Crown Prosecution Service. We believe this may be a scare tactic and this only highlights the lengths the DWP will go to in order to intimidate the people it investigates. If you receive one of these letters it is vital to get legal advice before you go.
